Meeting with the staff and students of the 148th gymnasium

On September 30, 2022, the head of the Department of Chinese Studies of the Faculty of Oriental Studies Kerimbaev E.A. held a meeting with the staff and students of the 148th gymnasium school located in the Zhetysu district, the Kulager microdistrict of Almaty. Kerimbaev E.A. told school teachers, students of grades 9-10-11 and parents about the specialty of Oriental Studies, read an interesting lecture “Shygysty oky, tanyrka!” During the lecture, extensive information was given about the history of the specialty of Oriental Studies, its current state and future, as well as about the history of our faculty. Parents and high school students asked questions related to the allocated state grants for the specialties taught at faculty, and the employment situation of graduates, Kerimbaev E.A. answered their questions in detail.
