June 16-22, Professor of the Department of Chinese Studies, Faculty of Oriental Studies, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University Aldabek N. A. participated in the conference, which was held at the Korean Academy of Sciences (South Korea). Professor Aldabek N.A. made a presentation on the theme “History of Korea in textbooks on “ World History ” for secondary schools of the Republic of Kazakhstan”. During the conference, such issues as the emergence of a new system of secondary and higher education in Kazakhstan, focused on the world multicultural educational space, were discussed. The report was published in Russian and Korean.
At the conclusion of the conference, both sides noted the importance of further cooperation and joint improvement of the quality of educational materials and programs.
