"Methods of research in social sciences" is the title of the lecture course of a professor Dadabaev Timur from university of Tsukuba (Japan).

March 6 Department of Chinese Studies was established congratulatory evening. In the audience of 503 boys sang songs, read poems, held a variety of contests and everything for their one and only girls. They are beautiful!

On the 25^th of February in the Almaty Study Centre the “Korea and I” intellect-game took place. The contest was between Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and Abylai-Khan Kazakh University of International Relations and World languages.

So what is the love? That does induce hundreds of questions and generates thousands of riddles? on February, 27, 2012 opening of literary club "Жүрек әні" took place on the faculty of Orientalism. On the first meeting participants made an effort open slightly the curtain of secret and unriddle the formula of love.

The spring semester The Oriental Studies faculty’s students started in the new study building, which was opened on the 29^th of December, 2011.

The meeting with the General Consul of the Republic of Turkey in Kazakhstan Sadin Ayyildyz was held on the 10 February 2012 in 503 lecture room of the al-Farabi KazNU Oriental Studies Faculty.
