On February 14, 2023, 3rd year students and the curator–adviser of BT 20-01k group of the specialty «6B05103-Biotechnology» of the Faculty of Biology and Biotechnology Malik A.M. held an open educational hour on the topic "Peace, justice and effective institutions".

Purpose of the event: Promoting a peaceful and open society for sustainable development, ensuring access to justice for all and creating effective, accountable and participatory institutions at all levels.

During the educational hour, students discussed the problem of violence occurring against people all over the world. They shared their opinions about social and legal injustice in many countries. The participants discussed such measures as protecting the rights of the population and ensuring the availability of a large amount of important information, organizing a fair trial and supporting laws on non-discrimination of vulnerable groups, which actions should be taken to do this. It has been proved how corruption affects the above things, being one of the urgent problems today. We summed up an open lesson in which it was suggested what to do to prevent war, human rights violations that occur during war, violence, especially among and against children.
