Goal

The purpose of the EP magistracy in the specialty "7M041-MARKETING" is: training of scientific and pedagogical personnel in the field of marketing, capable of solving scientific problems in the field of marketing science; to provide teaching of marketing disciplines at the university based on the latest concepts; carry out research work with the involvement of information technology, process research results, analyze all elements of the marketing mix; develop marketing strategies, achieve their achievement and implement marketing technologies, tools in organizations

Learning outcomes

Upon completion of this educational program, students are expected to be able to:

ON1. To generalize knowledge of the latest marketing theories, understanding of the development of organizational and consumer behavior in the market, innovative development of project and business process management for the development of educational programs, work plans, teaching materials used in the process of teaching disciplines and guiding students' scientific work

ON2. Monitor the external and internal environment of the company based on an assessment of the problems of the development of global marketing, elements of the marketing mix, the results of marketing activities of the main competitors, their market share, their opportunities, the prospects for using innovative marketing methods, communication technologies

ON3. To design work on the implementation of innovative marketing methods, communication policy tools, research technologies, on the development of management decisions in marketing, in business planning, in the formation of principles of organizational behavior and human resource management, into the activities of enterprises.

ON4. Plan, organize and conduct research of an applied nature using modern methods, technologies in the field of analysis of markets, consumers, competitors, company personnel in the context of territorial and global development

ON5. To develop research projects for the development of regions, goods, services of special state importance based on the latest achievements of the theory and practice of marketing

ON6. Develop recommendations for the strategic development of an enterprise based on the analysis of information in the field of territorial marketing development, business planning, the application of management decisions in the marketing activities of organizations, in the field of consumer and organizational behavior

ON7. Develop management solutions for the formation of product, assortment, price, sales and communication policies and for the use of business planning tools in the context of marketing management

ON8. To create products, brands, innovative systems for promoting products, principles of forming relationships with consumers, with suppliers on the basis of an original and creative approach

ON9. Develop a strategic and operational marketing plan for the main elements of the marketing mix, improving market analysis, expanding enterprises, managing marketing, personnel, using types and technologies of marketing.

ON10. Solve topical problems in marketing development based on studying modern scientific directions in the field of planning and conducting research, monitoring markets, consumers, developing types of marketing using innovative methods and information technologies in the context of globalization

ON11. Offer new marketing solutions for the strategic development of the enterprise, organizational behavior and effective relationships between market participants; innovative marketing methods, taking into account territorial characteristics and methods for assessing the effectiveness of management decisions in marketing, the effectiveness of the use of interactive marketing in social networks

ON12. Determine the directions of further personal and professional development, the most effective areas of application of their abilities in order to create a basis for the development of their own professional and personal competencies in the field of marketing management in companies, teaching activities, conducting scientific marketing research

For the implementation of the educational program, the department has a Center "Smart Marketing and Logistics".

Within the framework of the center, scientific schools are being developed, such as E-commerce in a pandemic, Smart food supply chains, Logistic processes in a pandemic. The center is aimed at improving the qualifications of teachers, expanding cooperation with employers, strengthening international collaboration with scientists from leading universities, attracting undergraduates and doctoral students to research activities, and commercializing scientific research. The "Smart Marketing and Logistics" center is always open to promising and mutually beneficial proposals, both from the scientific community and from business and production.

On the basis of the Department of Business Technologies, there is a student scientific circle "Marketing Agency". The circle was organized with the aim of improving scientific work with students and young scientists of the department, improving the quality of training qualified specialists for work in various sectors of the economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan. And also the creation of the necessary conditions for the formation and development of interest in scientific activities, support for talented young scientists and the formation of the country's human resources.

           The educational program in the specialty 7M04129 - Marketing has passed the specialized accreditation of KAZSEE on 06/18/2021.

           According to the results of the rating, the IAAR takes the 6th place, the NKAAA - the 1st place, the educational program takes the 3rd place.

           The department involves all stakeholders in the development of educational programs - students, faculty, graduates, employers Employers: KAZAGROFEED LLP, Nestlé Food Kazakhstan LLP, WE GROUP LLP, NOVAPETROL LLP and other business entities of various organizational and legal forms. Improving the content of the EP is carried out taking into account qualification goals, recommendations of the interests of partner universities, employers, graduates and students. Foreign professors invited to give lectures on a long-term and short-term basis, participate in international conferences and scientific schools make up their reviews of the ЕP. Their wishes are taken into account when drawing up the OP. When developing the EP, the recommendations and proposals of accreditation agencies were taken into account for the implementation of the educational process that meets the requirements of modern realities. Based on the recommendations, changes are introduced into the content of the EP.
