On 9 April there was held a round table on the theme: "Regional problems of international relations. India's global actor role"

Faculty and graduate students of the Faculty of International Relations participated in the round table on the theme: "Regional problems of international relations. India's global actor role" which was held at the Institute of World Economics and Politics under the Foundation of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.  In the speech of Ambassador of India to Kazakhstan, Harsha Kumar Jain  and the well-known Indian scientist, diplomat Ashok Sajjanhar  – a long-time colleague and partner of the Faculty of International Relations there was presented India's policy towards  Kazakhstan and Central Asia. India as one of the major Asian centers has its own position in terms of global challenges.

During the discussion, the participants – IWEP director  Akimbekov Sultan, Doctor of History Sultanov, teachers of IRF prof. Gubaidullina Mara, docents Idrysheva, Kulbaeva  called for the prospects of mutually beneficial cooperation between KazNU  and  Indian universities and research centers. The participation of undergraduates in such a high forum in IWEP is very honorable and responsible.
