On March 28, 2019 at the al-Farabi Kazakh national University held an international scientific conference organized by the Eurasian studies Center and the International relations and world economy Department, "Eurasian economic Union: TRENDS AND PROSPECTS of DEVELOPMENT of INTEGRATION PROCESSES", dedicated to the 90 anniversary of professor Zh. Ibrashev. Working languages of the conference were Russian, Kazakh and English. Representatives of Diplomatic corps, research associates of various research institutes and analytical centers, experts of Russia, Kyrgystan, Kazakhstan and also teachers and students, members of the media took part in work of a conference. Welcome speeches were made by representatives of Diplomatic corps. The chief of the department of Representative office of the MFA of RK in Almaty Almash Arenova submitted the report dedicated to Commanders of the Order of integration. The consul general of Hungary Ferenc Blaumann made the report "Hungarian and EU relations with the EAEU".

During the conference topical issues of the Eurasian integration in the context of modern international and regional processes, the current level of integration, extent of implementation of the accepted arrangements, forms of border cooperation, ensuring energy security, the existing problems and also the prospects of development of EEU were discussed. Practically all participants paid a tribute of respect and 21aab52a-7772-4b84-aead-ada3cfcd2b86.jpggratitude to the outstanding scientist, the founder of school of researches of the European and Eurasian integration in Kazakhstan, the initiator of specialty and faculty of the international relations in the Republic of Kazakhstan professor Zh. Ibrashev. And deeply pro-sensual the speech of the Representative of Honourable consulate of the Republic of Armenia Aram Navasardyan dedicated to activity of professor Zh. Ibrashev and participation of Armenia in EAEU was very sincere.

Huge interest and the subsequent brisk discussions caused reports of the director of Research institute of the international and regional cooperation Bulat Sultanov ("the Idea "of Big Eurasia" and modern realities"), the director of Institute of safety of Kuralay Bayzakova ("the Role of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.A. Nazarbayev in definition of a foreign policy of the country in the Eurasian integration sphere"), the director of IATs Eurasia-Volga region Marina Lapenko ("Formation of the common market of gas of EAEU: starting conditions, the purposes, tasks, possible scenarios"), the chief researcher of KISI at the President of Kazakhstan, the doctor of historical sciences, professor Irina Chernykh ("Kazakhstan in the Eurasian migration system: trends for EEU"), the director of Information analytical center Eurasia-Volga region of Marina Lapenko ("Formation of the common market of gas of EAEU: starting conditions, the purposes, tasks, possible scenarios"), the directors of Institute of world economy and international relations Arupov Akimzhan ("EAEU and integration processes in Central Asia"), leading researcher of Institute of philosophy, political science and religious studies of the Ministry of Education and sciences of RK, candidate of philosophical sciences Aydar Amrebayev ("Reflections about interface of EAEU and an initiative "One belt One way": effect for Kazakhstan"), the editor-in-chief of the Russian-Kazakhstan IQ club, the adviser to the Minister of Economic Development of the Saratov region Yury Arshinov ("the Western Kazakhstan – the Volga region: the basic region of a Caspian zone of economic development"), the president of public fund "World of Eurasia" Eduard Poletayev ("Practice of the Eurasian integration for Kazakhstan: trends and principles") and others.

As a result the recommendations of a conference were developed.
