Students of the International Law educational program took part in the Moscow annual student competition InTAX 2022-2023 on International Taxation. The team consisted of 2nd year Master's student Pirnazarov Kudaiberdi, as well as 3rd year students Lepeshkina Vitalia and Kalelova Aliya.

Our team reached the 1/4 finals of the verbal rounds, and also won 2 nominations out of 3. Namely, our team was awarded the Diploma of 1st degree in the category "Best Tax Authority Memorandum". Diploma of 1 degree in the category "Best Speaker" was awarded captain Pirnazarov Kudaiberdi. Also, all team members were awarded diplomas for participation in the student competition on "International Taxation 2022-2023".

More than 70 teams from CIS countries took part in the competition, namely from such universities as Moscow State University, PFUR, MGIMO, Ural State Law Academy, the Higher School of Economics and other universities of Russia, Belarus, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan. Students of OP "International Law" brilliantly defended the name of the Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi.

In addition to awards, our students received invaluable knowledge and experience with leading executives of the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation.

The team prepared and spoke under the leadership of PhD, acting associate professor of international law department Nysanbekova L.B., as well as internal consultant from BEPS Academy and external consultant from InTAX 2022-2023.
