On February 23, 2022, in the national newspaper «Kazakhstanskaya Pravda», Professor of the Department of «Management» Seisenbay Dzhumanbayev published an article on the relevance topic «Search factors for salary growth». 

The article highlights the issues of increasing wages and the level of income of the population, which run like a red thread in the annual Messages of the President of the country Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. The article provides data on the share of wages in the GDP of Kazakhstan, as well as a comparison with the indicators of foreign countries, inequality in wages in the interregional and intersectoral aspect, legal regulation issues, the national partnership system, etc.
