On April 28, 2021, the Department of Management of the Higher School of Economics and Business at al-Farabi Kazakh National University held the XIII Republican student subject Olympiad on the specialty “State and local government” on the topic "Innovative ideas for managing change in the context of a pandemic", dedicated to the 30th anniversary independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan in online format (through the Zoom platform).

On April 23, 2021, in honor of the thirtieth anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Y. Dedicated to the 180th anniversary of Altynsarin, 3rd year students of the Kazakh department of the specialty "Management" and the curator-advisor of the group Baimbetova AA Literary evening "The great Kazakh educator - Ibrai Altynsarin" was organized by The literary evening was dedicated to the memory of the outstanding Kazakh educator, writer, ethnographer, folklorist, public figure - Ibrai Altynsarin. During the evening, the biography of the poet was presented, his poems and songs were presented to the audience.

On April 16, 2021 an educational event was held with students of the 3rd year of the specialty "Management", organized by a master's degree student of the 1^st year specialty "Project Management" Karagaliyeva N.M., Ph.D., Senior Lecturer of Nurseitova G.B., Ph.D., Associate Professor Smagulov A.M., aimed at introducing students to the world stock market, world stock exchanges and Kazakhstan stock exchanges. 

On April 16, 2021, an educational activity "May 1 - Day of Unity" was held, organized by the 1st year Kazakh group students of the specialty of state and local government of the Department of "Management", dedicated to the holiday "The Day of the Unity of the People of Kazakhstan".

On April 15, 2021, within the framework of the events of the Department of Management dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Independence of Kazakhstan, teachers Abdil А.M and Yerzhanova А.M. organized a student quiz "Leader of Tomorrow". It was attended by five teams, which included five second and third year students of the specialties "State and local government" and "Management".

April 12, 2021, in honor of the thirtieth anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2nd year students of the Kazakh branch of the specialty "State and local self-government" and teacher Abdil A.M. held a literary evening "Ybray Altynsarin - the great son of the Kazakh people".
