Daniyar Abduvalievich Abdambaev, PhD, was appointed as the director of the branch of the Department of Fundamental Medicine, with more than 10 years of experience in leadership positions according to the GxP standard, which are the key to the safety, effectiveness and quality of medicines. He is one of the founders of GxP Company LLP and the General Director since the day of foundation.

As part of academic mobility, online lectures started at the Department of Fundamental Medicine. Professor Orhan Canbolat from the Faculty of Medicine, Department of Medical Biochemistry, Gazi University (Turkey), was one of the first to start this educational baton. Lectures are conducted online for 2nd year students of the specialty "General Medicine".

On November 20, 2020, the Higher medical school of the faculty of medicine and healthcare celebrated its second anniversary. Despite the special conditions of this year, the Higher medical school had the opportunity to spend this day with its students who visited 21 countries around the world.
