On September 27, 2023, the Department of Publishing, Editorial and Design Art invited employees of the Mazmundama publishing house to visit. It is useful for students not only to listen to the teacher, but also to get acquainted with specialists from each field. This master class was attended by students of each year of the Department of Publishing, Editorial and Design Art.

       Bayan Khasanova, editor-in-chief of the «Mazmundama» publishing house, spoke about the direction of the publishing house, the books that have been translated and edited since its opening, about the classic books that are being republished, and about the books for which summaries have been made. The students asked a number of interesting questions. They received accurate answers to questions about today's requirements and inquiries related to translation, publishing and distribution issues.

       It turns out that the publishing house «Mazmundama» has the ability to translate books from English, and the editor invited students who know English to cooperate. At the end of the speech, Bayan Khasanova asked the audience: “What books would you like to translate into Kazakh?” And write down the answers in a notebook. Some students expressed a desire to go to work in a publishing house. The editor explained that for this you need to come to the publishing house and pass an interview.
