The information and coordination service was set up at the Department, which informs the students on upcoming scientific conferences, seminars and on arrivals of new literature at the libraries of the city. The study groups “Graduating research” and “Dissertation” are functioning, which facilitate the engagement of the students into the scientific field. The students learn the most significant scientific discoveries of the given sphere and take advises on the design and nature of the research theses.

Students and the professors of the Department take part in the process of realization of the educational and scientific projects connected with innovation technologies and publishing field, several students were awarded with fellowship programs of the foreign countries.

The Future researchers of the Al Farabi University joined at the Scientific Community of Students (SCS). Currently around 2000 students are the members of the SCS
