The faculty and students of the Department of Biophysics, Biomedicine and Neuroscience of the Faculty of Biology and Biotechnology of Al-Farabi KazNU congratulate you on your 80th anniversary.
Inyushin Viktor Mikhailovich - founder of the school of biophysicists in Kazakhstan, a public figure. Born on March 1, 1941 in Leningrad in the family of a famous hydraulic engineer. For 17 years Viktor Mikhailovich studied and lived in Ust-Kamenogorsk and Serebryansk. From childhood he became interested in biology as a naturalist observing the life of birds and fish. He studied at the Faculty of Biology of KazSU named after S. M. Kirov from 1958 to 1963 and began his career first as an intern-researcher, and later as an assistant professor at the Department of Histology and Cytology.
The scientific library of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University hosted an international scientific and practical conference on the topic: "Aspects and innovations of environmental biotechnology and bioenergy", dedicated to the 60th anniversary of the dean of the Faculty of Biology and Biotechnology, professor, academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zayadan Bolatkhan Kazykhanuly.

On February 10, 2021 a scientific seminar for doctoral students of the department of biophysics, biomedicine and neuroscience was held. 1nd year doctoral student Daulet G. made reports on the dissertation work. The scientific seminar was conducted on the Microsoft teams platform.
18. 12. 2020 - 22. 01. 2021 during the year we announced a competition to create an emblem (logo) of the Department of Biophysics, Biomedicine and Neuroscience. The competition was attended by doctoral students, undergraduates and students of our department.
