Dear Victor Mikhailovich Inyushin!

The faculty and students of the Department of Biophysics, Biomedicine and Neuroscience of the Faculty of Biology and Biotechnology of Al-Farabi KazNU congratulate you on your 80th anniversary.

Inyushin Viktor Mikhailovich was born on March 1, 1941 in Leningrad in the family of a famous hydraulic engineer. For 17 years Viktor Mikhailovich studied and lived in Ust-Kamenogorsk and Serebryansk. He studied at the Faculty of Biology of KazSU named after S. M. Kirov from 1958 to 1963 and began his career first as an intern-researcher, and later as an assistant professor at the Department of Histology and Cytology.

V.M. Inyushin was the organizer of the opening of the only department of biophysics in Central Asia and Kazakhstan, which he headed from 1973 to 1999.The creation of the department of biophysics revealed his bright scientific and pedagogical talent and allowed him to pay great attention to the development and coordination of biophysical research in Kazakhstan, as well as training in biophysics.

Viktor Mikhailovich is the author of more than 10 scientific monographs, a dozen educational and teaching aids and more than 400 scientific articles published in republican and foreign journals. Member of the editorial boards of a number of foreign publications: Psychoenergetic Systems (San Francisco, USA) and Auriculotherapy (Tel Aviv, Israel).
