In the KazNU. Al-Farabi held the annual job fair "The Road to Success!", organized by the Career and Professional Development Center.

More than 70 enterprises and organizations were invited to participate in the job fair. Students of the university, graduates of this year were given the opportunity to get acquainted with a wide range of proposals from employers, submit a resume, pass an interview and get consultations.

"Annually in the walls of our university a job fair is held for the employment of graduates. This year the university graduates about 5 thousand graduates. Each faculty of the KazNU employs a council of employers, there is a plan for employment through targeted distribution of graduates. A memorandum of cooperation was signed with KSU "Employment Center of the population of Almaty. The fair of vacancies every year confirms its effectiveness, allowing graduates to talk with employers, learn their requirements, pass a preliminary interview, "said Ilya Sevryugin, director of the Career and Professional Development Center.

In turn, employers noted the readiness to facilitate the further employment of students in their specialty. "Such initiatives are useful both for job seekers and for employers, reducing the level of unemployment," emphasizes representative of Eurasian Resources Group (ERG) Diana Mahmudova.

The fair was attended by such companies as Deloitte Kazakhtelecom, KazAtomProm, RSE Institute of Nuclear Physics, Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC, British Council LLP. Within the framework of the event, master classes and trainings of a number of companies and organizations were held.
