INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC AND PRACTICAL CONFERENCE IN ORAL CITY
In anticipation of the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Uralsk, from December 11 to 13, 2019, an International Scientific and Practical Conference was held in which scientists and public figures of Kazakhstan, Russia, and near and far abroad took part. The organizers of this conference were the Akimat of the West Kazakhstan Region and West Kazakhstan Innovation and Technology University. To participate as the main speaker in this event was invited a doctor of legal sciences Zabikh Sholpan Arapbaykyzy (Department of Civil Law and Civil Procedure, Labor Law of KazNU named after al-Farabi). Zabikh Sh.A. made a presentation on the topic: "State and legal views of an outstanding political figure of the early twentieth century, Zhahanshi Dosmukhamedov."
