Every year on September 22 in our country is celebrated the Day of languages ​​of the peoples of Kazakhstan. This is a universal, nationwide holiday, a tribute to the languages ​​of all nationalities living in Kazakhstan. In our country, there are a lot of representatives of different nationalities who study the Kazakh language, highly support and develop the status of the state language. And at our university students of different nationalities study, who perfectly know not only their native, but also the state language, as well as foreign languages. 3rd year students of the Department of Meteorology and Hydrology of the Faculty of Geography and Environmental Management held a festive event dedicated to the Day of the Languages ​​of the People of Kazakhstan.

The purpose of the event is to instill interest in the holiday of the Day of Languages ​​of the Peoples of Kazakhstan, the formation of interest in the cultural heritage of the peoples living in Kazakhstan. Formation of the desire to master the languages ​​of the peoples living in Kazakhstan.

This event was held outdoors in the Park of the First President. Students took an active part in this event, performing songs, reading poems in Kazakh, Russian and other languages. Students demonstrated their knowledge of the state language by participating in a competition of proverbs, sayings and tongue twisters.

The event was very interesting, fun. The winning teams were awarded with special prizes.
