“Professional self-determination of the teacher of the subject “ Self-cognition ”

November 26, 2019 as part of the pedagogical practice of the Department of Pedagogy and Education Management under the leadership of the candidate of pedagogical sciences, B.A. Arinova and 2nd year master degree student P. Iztaeva., with 4th year students of the specialty “Social pedagogy and self-cognition” held an open lecture on the topic “Professional self-determination of the teacher of the subject“ Self-cognition ” in the discipline "Pedagogical support of self-cognition”.During the lecture, issues of professional self-determination of teachers of the subject "Self-cognition" were examined: goals, approaches, the process of formation, obstacles in professional self-development and ways to eliminate them. On the practical part of the lesson, the fundamentals of the axiological competence of teachers were analyzed through practical exercises, didactic games, group work and trainings.Feedback allowed us to verify the results of the knowledge gained on the topic. Students shared their impressions and expressed their views on the self-determination of future teachers.
