Event Description

By tradition, Associate professor of the Department of Pedagogy and Management of Education at the Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University Moldasan Kuanysh Shormanovna and senior lecturer Masimbayeva Ayim Alikenovna, students of 3-4 courses of the specialty "Social Pedagogy and Self-knowledge" on December 11, 2023 held a charity event at the Ayala Social service center. During the event, students got acquainted with the work of the children's center with disabilities.

On November 9, 2023 year, a training seminar on "Mental health and factors influencing it" was organized by 3rd-year students of the specialty "Social Pedagogy and Self-knowledge" in the assembly hall of the House of Students  №9 of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University as part of the implementation of the "UN Concept on Sustainable Development". The seminar was attended by students of 1-3 courses of the specialties "Psychology", "Philosophy", "Religious Studies", "Pedagogy and Psychology".

Moderator of the meeting E.T. Bayarystanova presented brief information on the Sustainable Development Goals adopted in 2015 by all UN member states, spoke about the activities of the Al–Farabi Kazakh National University for the implementation of the concept of "17 Sustainable Development Goals". She dwelt in more detail on the third goal – ensuring a healthy lifestyle and promoting well-being for everyone at any age, to which this event was dedicated. 

The speaker of the seminar, A.B. Mukasheva, made a report "Revealing the connection of mind and body: a journey into psychosomatics", conducted a training "My positive qualities", presented recommendations for the preservation and strengthening of physical, mental and social health. 

Psychologist Meirambekuly A. spoke about the factors that negatively affect mental health, gave practical advice on managing emotions, stress and anxiety in crisis situations.

Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science, Department of Pedagogy and Educational Management 13.10.2023, at 14.00 a training seminar with the participation of Professor Michael Hammond of the University of Warwick (UK) on the topic: “Qualitative research: characteristics, types, methods, examples.” Masanchi 39, auditorium 123.

19.03.2021 at 17: 00 the educational event "Ultymyz Ulystyn uly Kuni ulyktaydy", organized in honor of March 22, was held jointly with students of the South Kazakhstan State Pedagogical University, where the main themes of March 22 were national dishes, National Games, Customs and traditions. In addition, the students demonstrated their skills and congratulated the teachers of the Department of pedagogy and management of Education. • 05.03.2021 17: 00 at the educational event "Image of Kazakh beauties", dedicated to the celebration of March 8, they told about the Kazakh girls of the Soviet era, the heroes of the country, the beauties of the Holy commander of the country, the beauties of Alash who suffered, today's mothers, Kazakh girls in art and Kazakh poets. In addition, the students demonstrated their skills and congratulated the teachers of the Department of pedagogy and management of Education. Zh.master of Pedagogical Sciences, teacher of the Department of pedagogy and management of Education Zhumabayeva K. S. • December 15, 2020 within the framework of the project "Ainalady Nurlandyr", "Tauelsiz eldin Orpakymyz!" the event was held at the republican level. The republican event was attended by the teaching staff of the Kazakh National University. Al-Farabi, Department of Pedagogy and Pedagogy and Educational Management, 2nd year students of the specialty "Pedagogy and Psychology".

• On March 02.2021, at 17: 00, within the framework of the project "100 books", an educational international event dedicated to the 180th anniversary of the birth of the Author was hel Y.Altynsarin, educator, teacher, scientist, writer. The international event was attended by the faculty of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, the Department of Pedagogy and Educational Management, 2,3 course students of the specialty "Pedagogy and Psychology", 3 course students of the specialty " Kazakh language and Kazakh literature " of the Faculty of Philology and students of the 9th grade of secondary school No. 20 of the Ili district of Almaty region. During the event, the participants were presented with the moral life path of the Y.Altynsarin, read poems, stories. The event was organized by teachers of the Department of Pedagogy and Management of Education Sanbayeva B. Zh., Zhumabayeva K. S. and students of the 2,3 course of the specialty "Pedagogy and Psychology".

On February 1, 2021, on the occasion of the 90th anniversary of the poet Mukagali Makatayev, who became an iceberg of the Khan's goddess and did not infect his hair with dust, an educational event was held on the theme "One born in a century - Daraboz." The event was attended by faculty and staff of the Department of Pedagogy and Education Management of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, undergraduates and students majoring in "Social Pedagogy and Self-Knowledge", "Pedagogy and Psychology" and school teachers and high school students of school №40 Boralday village, Ili district, Almaty region. During the event, the participants were introduced to the moral life of M. Makatayev and read his works. Inspired by the poet's works, teachers shared poems dedicated to him. The participants expressed their gratitude to the organizers of the event.

On April 13, 2023, students of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Department of Pedagogy and Educational Management, specialty "Pedagogy and Psychology" 3rd year and 1st year undergraduates Isakulova Sabina, Sheirbay Ainur, Zhalgasbayev Serikbol and adviser Ramazanova S.A. visited the "House-Museum of Akhmet Baitursynov".The students got to know the life of A. Baitursynov better.To share impressions of the museum, an educational hour “Ulttyn uly ustazy - Akhmet Baitursynov" was held on April 20.The students expressed their opinions and had an interesting discussion.

Caring for the elderly, the ability to approach their needs is our duty. They need special attention, communication with them. To this end, on November 21, 2019, under the project “Ainalandy Nurlandyr” under the leadership of the candidate of pedagogical sciences, acting Associate Professor of the Department of Pedagogy and Educational Management A.M. Kudaibergenova 2-year magistrate of  specialty "Social pedagogy and self-cognition" Zh.T. Ermakhanova with the participation of first-year students of the specialty "Social pedagogy and self-knowledge" held a charity event in the Almaty regional center for the provision of special social services No. 3. Students listened to stories about love for their homeland, the benefits of knowledge. And also at the event held in the library, they read verses of favorite poets and their own compositions. The elderly thanked the students for their time together.

To give warmth of your heart, to hold charitable events for children left without parents - a civil duty of each person.On November 12, 2019, within the framework of the project "Ainalandy nurlandyr" a charity event was organized in Almaty Regional Children 's Home No. 1 with the participation of students of the 1st year of specialty "Social pedagogy and self-cognition," acting assistant professor of the Department of Pedagogy and Education Management, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Kudaibergenova A. M. and master degree student of 2-year specialty "Social pedagogy and self-cognition" Yermakhanova Z.T. During the event  the fairy tale "Cinderella" was shown,students  organized games and flashmob for orphans,who are in need of custody. At the end of the event, gifts were distributed to the children.The most noble quality of a person is a sense of morality. As Azilkhan Nurshaykhov said, love and kindness of the heart should be devoted to noble goals.

On the October 26, 2019 at the Department of Pedagogy and Educational Management, Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science, KazNU Al-Farabi, professor of the department Bulatbaeva A.B. and associate professor Kudaibergenova A.M. organized and held round table  with the participation of first-year students of the specialties "Pedagogy and Psychology", "Social Pedagogy and Self-Cognition" and cadets of the Academy of Border Service of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 13-17 February, 2018 the program Manager Krut'ko I. S. and master students of the 2nd course came to attend internship within double degree master program "Preventology among the youth" with Ural Federal University named after first President of Russia B. N. Yeltsin. Program of internship of the Department "Pedagogics and Educational Management" and "Sociology and Social work" for the students of URFU named after first President of Russia B. N. Yeltsin's  included the visit to the base KSU school Special educational organization for children with deviant behavior, Nazarbayev Intellectual School of physics and mathematics, Drug treatment center, and Mother house. The head of the master program of the Ural Federal UNIVERSITY named after first President of Russia B. N. Yeltsin Krut'ko I. S. gave a lecture on "Fundamentals of psychotherapy".

06.12.2016 y., at the Department of Pedagogy and Educational Management in the framework of the project "The cult of healthy body" held a round table on the theme of "Healthy teeth - healthy smile". The roundtable was attended by masters of the 2nd course of the specialty "Social pedagogy and self-knowledge", as well as teachers of the department. They also discussed the information, tips on how to achieve healthy teeth and how to prevent dental problems. In the framework of the project "Green Campus" on February 17, 2017, the students of specialty "Social pedagogy and self-cognition " held an action "We make the planet cleaner." This offer was positively accepted and supported by students of the hostel №9. Students actively exchanged booklets with information about sorting garbage for plastic bottles. In the course of the action was put plastic products into the recycling of waste paper in order to saving resources of nature, and the ability to give them a "second life".

3 march 2017 in the framework of the innovative project «Айналаңды нұрландыр» in № 159 school head of the department of pedagogy and educational management, doctor of pedagogical sciences Bulatbayeva A. A. and the student 4 courses of pedagogy and psychology Atahan A. T. organized an educational event "My profession - my pride".

Students at the event were very active, learned a lot of new information, shared their plans for the future.

On 3rd March head of the department of pedagogy and education management, doctor of pedagogical Sciences, Acting Professor Bulatbaeva A.A. and student 4 courses of pedagogy and psychology Serikova M.S. in the framework of the innovative project Kazakh National University "Айналаңды нұрландыр" will host an educational event on the theme " Self-esteem – road to success" with pupils of the 9th class of school №159.

Pupils were interested and participated actively and exchanged views in the framework of the lesson.
