"Path to master's degree: opportunities and prospects".

On the 27th of February in 2017 the Department of pedagogy and educational management in support of the project "Al-Farabi university - smart city" organized a seminar for the students of 3-4 courses "Path to master's degree: opportunities and prospects".

The organizers were: Prof., Dr. A.S. Magauova., c.p.s. associate Professor. G.A. Kaasen and the 2-year graduate student of the specialty "Pedagogics and psychology" Z.R. Dautova.

Noting that Master education is the second level of the multilevel system of higher education created in the process of reforming Kazakhstan's educational system according to Bologna process - the process of approchement and harmonization of education systems of European countries with the aim of creating a common European space of higher education, Ph. D., Professor Magauova A. S. opened the event.

Advantages of studying in the master education, have identified the 2-year graduate student of the specialty "Pedagogics and psychology" Zhadyra Dautova.

• First, read the master classes in the master invited leading specialists in the field of science and education.

• Second, in the master prevails individually differentiated approach to each student that allows one to obtain deep theoretical knowledge and some practical skills.

In presentations and videos prepared by the 2-year student, was presented detailed coverage of scientific and practical training in Latvia – Rezekne technological Academy.

The student is briefly introduced to the participants with many Social institutions, Laboratories, Centres for social rehabilitation of the population, which they had visited in the framework of this internship. Including:

- Social rehabilitation centre "SLOKA" (Jurmala)

- SIVA - the State Agency of social integration (Jurmala)

- VISC - national centre of educational content (Riga)

From the experience of Latvian students considered the social services areas of work of the social teacher, he has carefully studied the constellations method of Bert Hellinger, watched a documentary about the development of resilience in the lives of people who are faced with difficult situations and how they coped with them, conducted an analysis of research on resilience in Latvia. The story of the experience of the Laboratory of social rehabilitation at the research Institute REGI (RTA) has allowed them in absentia to see the rehabilitation equipment BIODEX, BIOSWAY and methods of their application.
