"Social work is a step into the future!"

As part of career guidance work 

On May 17, 2018, Kaldybek ST, a 4th-year student with a degree in Social Work at the Department of Sociology and Social Work, conducted a career-oriented training entitled «Social Work-A Step into the Future!» аs part of career guidance in the Almaty Financial -Legal and Technology College.

The purpose of this event is to provide career guidance support to students in the process of choosing the profile of training and the scope of future professional activity; the development of professional self-determination among schoolchildren in conditions of freedom of choice of the field of activity, in accordance with their capabilities, abilities and taking into account the labor market requirements, providing information on «social work» and its future. During the training, students and college students got acquainted with the history and perspectives, various areas of the specialty «Social Work» and shared their questions.
