On September 21, 2023, Associate Professor of the Department of Religious Studies and Cultural Studies, Doctor of Philosophy Azhar Zholdubayeva took part in the webinar "Implementation of double-degree and joint educational programs of KazNU", organized by the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.

The webinar was held as part of the events dedicated to the International Day of Peace, and brought together teachers and heads of the Department of Academic Affairs around the integration of work to achieve the goals of sustainable development, improving the rating and competitiveness of the university in the education market, discussion and exchange of experience among experts on the example of the implementation of double-degree and joint educational programs with partner organizations of higher and postgraduate education.The program coordinators who took part in the webinar told about their experience of integrating the university into the international scientific and educational process, about current and planned events.Reports were heard on "Problems of implementation of programs of double-degree education and joint educational programs" (chief specialist of the Office of Design of educational programs Suleimenova G.), "Education for sustainable development" (Deputy Director of the Center for Strategic Development Mukhtar L.), "Experience of cooperation of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and RUDN: on the example of the program of double-degree education OP "International Marketing", OP "International Logistics" (Head of the Department "Business and Technology" of the Higher School of Economics and Business Akhmetova Z.), "The experience of implementing a two-degree program on the example of cooperation between KazNU and the University of La Sapienza" (coordinator of the OP "World History" Sadykova R.)., "The experience of implementing two-degree educational programs in the groups "Tourism" and "Catering and hotel business": on the example of the RUDN and the National Research University "BelSU" (coordinator of the OP "Tourism" Bad R.V.), "Problems of the implementation of dual degree programs" (coordinator of the OP Shortanbayeva Zh.).

Azhar Zholdubaeva report on "Mass online educational courses in the context of achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (using the example of the development and use of MAOC in the educational process)" touched upon the issues of information and communication innovations in the field of teaching academic disciplines to achieve educational goals related to the SDGs.In general, the participants of the webinar noted the high level of presentations and discussions, many of which are extremely useful for the further promotion of educational programs implemented by the university.Based on the results of the webinar, recommendations were formulated for improving double-degree and joint educational programs to achieve educational goals related to the SDGs. It was decided to develop a Roadmap to solve problems related to the implementation of educational programs of the university.
