Al-Farabi Kazakh National University widely celebrated the Day of Graduates. The solemn meeting began at the gates of Mangilik El named after Al-Farabi. Representatives of each generation of KazNU graduates laid flowers at the monument to the scientist of the East Al-Farabi.

This year, 8,190 graduates graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, of which 6,758 received a bachelor's degree. 1256 graduates became holders of diplomas with honors, 1774 - master's degree, 442 - doctoral degree. The University is an unsurpassed leader among the universities of the country in terms of the number of educational grants.

The Alumni Day continued at the faculties.

20-year-old graduates of the Department of Religious Studies and Cultural Studies of the Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science Aliya Omirbekova, Zhanna Kantarbayeva, Asem Mukhanbet and all graduates of this group presented the faculty with musical equipment. Students of the faculty applauded and expressed gratitude. The graduates prepared bouquets for the teachers who taught them.

This year's graduates also did not stay away. On behalf of graduates of 2022-2023 of the specialty «6B02203-religious studies», students of the department with good academic performance were attracted with a monetary reward in the amount of 200,000 tenge, and on behalf of graduates of 2022-2023 of the specialty «6B03102-cultural studies», the Department of Religious Studies and Cultural Studies transferred 100,000 tenge to the Endowment fund.
