An open lesson on the topic «Semiotics of Islamic fine Art»

On March 7 at the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, 1st-year undergraduate of the Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science Ermek Shantemisov held an open seminar at the international level.

The lecture was held in offline and online format for 3rd year students of the specialty «6B02203-religious studies» in the discipline «Islamic semiotics» on the topic «Semiotics of Islamic fine art».

Senior lecturer of the Department of Religious Studies and Cultural Studies Aizhan Kuderina as the head of pedagogical practice and specialists of the Department of Pedagogy shared their experience and supported the lesson at the international level.

The open seminar was attended by Azamat Maratuly, a 4th-year student of the Department of General Medicine of Başkent University of General Medicine (Bashkent University) in Turkey, and Abdrakhmanov Rauan, a 3rd-year student of the specialty International Relations and Diplomacy of the Department of Law and Social Sciences of Suleiman Demirel University and Arslan Asanov, a 4th-year student of the specialty «IT computer sciences» in offline format.

During the lecture, the peculiarities of fine art in Islamic culture consisted in the fact that its bizarre styles, decorations, calligraphy in architecture as a complex concept covering all spiritual and material wealth, and that Islam is the most valuable creation and consumer of culture, its personal development and modern perfection are reflected in art.

The intellectual dialogues of the undergraduate, the protected author's project-presentation were very interesting, contained a lot of informative and informational content.
