Meeting with representatives of the «Church of Adventist Christians of the Seventh Day»
On March 4, 2023, as part of the teaching practice, the 1st year PhD student of the specialty «8D02203-religious studies» Bolatzhan Al-Farabi, under the guidance of Professor of the Department of Religious and Cultural Studies Candidate of Juridical Sciences, Kakimzhan Bishmanov, organized an educational event, visiting with the 1st year master students of the specialty «7M02203-religious studies» local religious association «Local Church of Adventist Christians of the Seventh Day of Almaty». To satisfy the scientific interest, religious scholars asked various questions to the pastor of the church. During the meeting, master students learned about the basics of the teachings of such a direction of Protestant Christianity as Adventism. The conversation was informative and took place in a cordial atmosphere.
