Students visited the Ascension Cathedral
On October 5, a teacher of the Department of Religious Studies and Cultural Studies of the Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science of the Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi Sergazy Kudaibergenov and 4rd year students of the specialty cultural Studies visited the Voznesenskaya Cathedral. The most beautiful building located in the heart of Almaty is a unique monument of wooden architecture in the Baroque style, striking with its five bright domes. Inside, the walls of the church are decorated with colorful frescoes and painted iconostases.
