Round table discussion of the project «100 new textbooks in the Kazakh language»

On February 18, 2022, 1st-year master's student of the specialty of сultural studies of the Department of Religious Studies and Cultural Studies of the Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science Jasmin Bazarbai, supervisor senior lecturer of the department, acting associate Professor Marzhan Alikbaeva organized a round table for 2nd-year students of the specialty of cultural studies, dedicated to the discussion of the project «100 new textbooks in the Kazakh language».

The purpose of the event is «New humanitarian knowledge. 100 new textbooks in the Kazakh language», as well as the popularization of textbooks and textbooks translated into the state language, which are bestsellers.

Marzhan Alikbayeva made a welcoming speech, noting the importance of the phased implementation of the objectives of the program article «Bolashakka bagdar: rukhani zhangyru».

During the event, the students, in turn, noted that this program is aimed at introducing the younger generation to global intellectual values.

Following the results of the event, a number of proposals were announced, in particular, when translating books into the state language, it is necessary to pay special attention to textbooks on historical sciences.

This project will allow our teachers and students to study according to the best world standards and expand their knowledge in these areas of science. The work on 100 new textbooks will strengthen the school of translators and editors of Kazakhstan, will give a new impetus to the development of this industry. According to the Deputy Dean of the Faculty for Research and Innovation and International Relations, thanks to this program, some students of Kazakhstan will receive a new high-quality level of training. These books will be useful not only for young people, but also for many teachers and researchers. Translation of books into Kazakh opens the way to the study and teaching of these fields of science from a different angle.
