On February 17, 2022, a joint educational event on the topic «The place and role of religious scholars, theologians in society" was held within the framework of the «Ainalandy nurlandyr» project with the participation of students of the Al-Farabi Kazakh national university and the Egyptian University of Islamic Culture Nur-Mubarak.

The event was attended by expert-theologian of the Shapagat Public Foundation of the Center for assistance to victims of destructive religious movements of Atyrau Dastan Sakan, specialist-theologian of the Tupkaragan district Department of Internal Policy and Language Development of the Mangystau region Nurbek Zhaksylykov, expert-theologian of the Department for Religious Affairs of the Karaganda region Marat Turapbay expert-theologian of the Center for the Study of Problems of Religions of the East Kazakhstan region Bekzhan Kasymzhanov

The specialists spoke about the role and role of religious scholars, theologians in society, the main areas of activity, the specifics of work on the rehabilitation of victims of destructive religious movements, about the necessary abilities and skills for specialists in religious studies, theologians, answered students' questions.
