"Welcome party" for first-year students

On September 30, 2022, the "Welcome party" for first-year students was organized by Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Faculty of Oriental Studies, Department of Chinese Studies and "Silk Road" Research Center. The teachers professors and students of Department of Chinese Studies attended the evening. In the evening, students showed their talents by singing, dancing and other programs. Senior year students introduced the 1st year students about the features of the Faculty of Oriental Studies and the Department of Chinese Studies and answered several questions. Meanwhile, foreign students coming from China also showed their talent and introduced their country and culture to the participants of the event. At the end of the evening, the participants expressed their gratitude and noted that the event was held at a high level.
