Bibliographic descriptions of books in Hindi have been translated into Kazakh and Russian languages.

On 18 March, Director of the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan Ospanova Bakytzhamal Kairbekovna expressed her gratitude to the teachers and students of the Indian Studies Department of the Faculty of Oriental Studies for their active assistance in translating bibliographic descriptions from Hindi into Kazakh and Russian languages of new books of the Indian Book Corner in the world literature reading room. The letters of gratitude has been given to Tairova Dilnaz Nurlanovna, head of Indian studies Department of the Middle East and South Asia Chair, third-year student Nazira Nyshanovna Kizbayeva, 1st year doctoral student Bota Askarbekovna Alipbaeva, as well as a student of Hindi language courses at the Embassy of the Republic of India, Klimovich Nadezhda Alexandrovna. It should be noted that on January 29, 2021, the Embassy of the Republic of India in the Republic of Kazakhstan donated 326 books of various directions in the Hindi language to the Indian Book Corner. The Indian Book Corner was opened in 2005 on the basis of the Agreement between the Embassy of the Republic of India in Kazakhstan and the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The activity of which is serve readers with literature about India in Hindi, English, Russian languages, forming and accessing e-resources on the economy, politics, culture and science of India, promoting the development and popularization of Indian culture, etc.
