Currently in Kazakhstan, as in many other countries, there is no legal regulation of such an important area of human activity as anti-aging. Anti-aging is an active form of human longevity, which depends not only on medical, but also on many other factors, including environmental, economic, social, organizational, legal, moral and others.

The event was aimed at creating a broad platform for an open dialogue between representatives of various branches of legal, medical, socio-cultural, economic, as well as representatives of authorities, the public and international organizations.

Emphasizing the relevance of the conference topic, Dean of the Faculty of Law of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Daulet Baideldinov noted: "The problem of anti-aging affects certain processes that have recently had to be very seriously regulated from a legal point of view. Affecting health, they also concern human rights. All issues related to the use of new medical technologies must undergo strict legal regulation."
