Forming students’ moral, spiritual and cultural values and needs, ethical standards and the generally accepted rules of behavior in the society; education of morally, spiritually developed and physically healthy personality capable to high-quality professional activities; organization of civil and patriotic education of students; creation of necessary conditions for creative self-realization of students in various fields of activities; strengthening labor and educational disciplines; crime prevention; forming students’ aspiration to healthy way of life; promoting physical culture and healthy lifestyle; organizing leisure of students in their extracurricular time; forming and developing complex and long-term programs of social protection of students; social adaptation of freshmen; professional adaptation of graduates. The basis of the organization of educational activities of the Department is both the existing positive experience and the best traditions, taking into account the modern reality. In accordance with the aims and objectives of education of student youth, the main areas of work were identified: creating optimal social and educational environment aimed at creative self - development and self-realization of a personality; educating civil and patriotic qualities; promoting physical culture and healthy lifestyle; organizing work on crime prevention, drug addiction and other types of asocial phenomena in the youth environment.

In the framework of the event “Project light the world near you”

Group 312 on March 12, 2020 held a subbotnik to clean the area of ​​garbage, thanks to the measures taken to clean up the city, students received a lot of positive emotions and communication with each other. Within the project “Brighten the world around you” lecturers of Department of Customs, Financial and Environmental Law together with the 1^st year undergraduates of the scientific and pedagogical directions will visit the premiere of the play “Ai men Aisha” dedicated to the 70th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic war, which will be held in the M. Auezov Kazakh Academic Drama Theater. The purpose of the visit is to develop a sense of patriotism, responsibility, evaluation of human values under the auspices of “El bolam deseng besigingdi tuze”.
