On the third of October, an open lesson on the discipline of land law was held among 3rd-year students of the Department of Customs, Financial and Environmental Law of the Faculty of Law. Land use law was widely considered as the main topic of the open lesson, as well as a comprehensive analysis of the topic among students was conducted. The analysis of the topic was based on the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, adopted on June 20, 2003 and with amendments and additions in 2022. At the open lesson, important issues were raised: the concept of land use law, its types, foundations and subjects of land use law, etc. Students consolidated the knowledge gained during the lesson by solving various puzzles, interesting crosswords. Students received answers to questions on the regulation of land relations in order to ensure the rational use and protection of land, reproduction of soil fertility, preservation and improvement of the natural environment; creating conditions for the equal development of all forms of management.
