12/07/2019, a guest meeting was held between the adviser, director of the Environmental Law Department of Grata Law Firm LLP Leyla Makhmetova and law students
The following issues were discussed at the meeting:
1) Overview of the main trends in judicial practice
2) Overview of changes in the legal regulation of waste management, provided for by the draft Environmental Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3) Is there a shortage of qualified lawyers and why;
4) What is the role of knowledge of English and Kazakh languages in the corresponding direction.
