The celebration in honor of the hero of the day took place on January 16, 2024 as part of an extended meeting of the Department of International Law. The event was attended by the dean, faculty and students of the Faculty of International Relations.

The anniversary celebration began with official congratulations of Dean of the Faculty of International Relations Delovarova Leila Fedorovna, who presented Samaldykov Maksut Koshekovich with the medal “Eren enbegi ushin”, as well as a Letter of Gratitude on behalf of the rector of al-Farabi Kazakh National University Tuimebaeva Zh.K.

Traditionally, warm words were heard from the head of the department of international law, Sairambaeva Zhuldyz Talgatovna, who noted the significant contribution of the hero of the day to the activities of the department of international law.

The head of the department of international relations and world economy, Gulnara Serikbaevna Baykushikova and the head of the department of diplomatic translation, Almash Smayylkyzy Seydikenova, in their congratulatory speeches, emphasized the special professionalism of Maksut Koshekovich as a member of the ethics commission. Colleagues shared good stories about the role Maksut Koshekovich played in the activities of the department. Thus, Professor Karimzhan Nurumovich Shakirov noted the impartiality and steadfast character of the hero of the day during his work as chairman of the faculty anti-corruption commission and the methodological commission of the department of international law.

The merits of Samaldykov Maksut Koshekovich were noted by Professor Aidarbaev Sagyngali Zholamanovich. He noted the fruitful research work of the hero of the day, which is confirmed by the presence of a number of teaching aids and monographs, such as “Law Enforcement Agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, “International Standards of Criminal Justice”, etc.

Important recognition of the merits of Associate Professor Samaldykov M.K. sounded from the students who, during their speech, noted not only the high professionalism, integrity and fairness of Maksut Koshekovich, but also the special teaching methods and care for students.
