International cooperation of the department: The department has close scientific contacts with a number of foreign universities and scientific centers of 25 countries of Europe, America, and Asia.  Forms of cooperation are different: academic internships for teachers, invitations of foreign professors to lectures, joint scientific research, conferences, co-supervision of doctoral students. Foreign universities partners from: USA, Great Britain, Germany, France, Switzerland, India, China, Russia, etc. 

Cooperation with international organizations: successfully developing scientific and practical cooperation with foreign embassies, representative offices of international and regional organizations – UN, OSCE, NATO, the European Union, the SCO Committee of the red cross, as well as with international foundations and educational centers: DAAD, Foundation F. Ebert Foundation, Konrad Adenauer Foundation, British Council, etc. International cooperation of the Department promotes international scientific and educational mobility of students and teachers.

"Ambassadorial hour": the Faculty conducts its work in close cooperation with the embassies of foreign countries, foreign representations and companies, cultural centers. The faculty regularly conducts "ambassadorial hour" – lectures of the representatives of the diplomatic corps. Open lectures are given by Russian and foreign diplomatic personnel and representatives of various international organizations such as the UN, European Union, OSCE, NATO Institute. Goethe, DAAD, USIS, British Council, French Center, F. Ebert Foundation and etc.
