BOOK-BRIDGE TO THE WORLD OF KNOWLEDGE

On December 1, the “Political scientist” discussion club organized an event within the framework of the “Hundred Books” project. It was held in a friendly atmosphere of the citcoffee shop "Pascucci". A literary quiz was held with prizes, and participants presented colorful presentations of their favorite books.

Thus, undergraduate Zhunusova Aigerim spoke about the novel “Lord of the Flies” by W. Golding, a graduate of the Department of Political Science Syrym Itkulov presented M.Fuko’s book “The History of Madness in the Classical Era”; and the first year student Khamitova Dilyaram presented "Pride and Prejudice" D. Austin. The meeting was also attended by a guest student from the Kazakh-German University, who presented Ostrovsky "How the steel was tempered."

For those who came to the event bachelors, undergraduates and doctoral students of the department, two hours flew unnoticed over the discussion of books in a cozy and friendly atmosphere. Club "Political scientist" is ready to continue interesting thematic events, is open to suggestions and invites everyone to future meetings!

The book is a friend who never cheated on anyone, but always pointed the way to a fair and decent life.
