1. To demonstrate systematic understanding of scientific information in the field of the Kazakh philology (the theoretical and methodological principles, conceptual terminology of linguistics / literary criticism; urgent philological branches, modern approaches, tendencies and trends) within modern scientific paradigms of knowledge.
2. To promote critically analysis, an assessment and synthesis of the new and difficult ideas, problems, approaches and tendencies in the field of the Kazakh philology. To generalize results of knowledge and to use them as means of obtaining new knowledge.
3. To conceptualize and project cross-disciplinary knowledge on the basis of complete idea of modern scientific picture of the world, of public life.
4. To independently plan and realize complex process of scientific research in the field of the Kazakh philology within the modern scientific paradigms and research technologies providing original result.
5. To choose adequate methodological approaches of research in the field of the Kazakh philology, to carry out their critical analysis.
6. To solve non-standard research problems of various levels of complexity with use of the conceptual and methodological device of philology and interdisciplinary sciences at the professional level, to draw valid conclusions in the full data lack of conditions.
7. To create scientific work (scientific reports, papers, theses, articles, philological comments, doctoral dissertations, educational and research and scientific projects, etc.) in the field of the Kazakh philology with use of modern computer technologies, resources of the National corpus and lexicographic sources of Kazakh, Russian languages, to give it an assessment, to define the importance of product of the scientific activity.
8. To estimate critically results of scientific research, modern theories, problems and approaches, new tendencies and trends in the field of philological and humanitarian knowledge.
9. To generate the new and difficult ideas, to propose new hypotheses and solutions of scientific problems in the field of the Kazakh philology, showing independent and original approach. To synthesize and transform philological and cross-disciplinary knowledge for the solution of educational, research tasks.
10. To choose priorities of educational and research activity, correlating own scientific interests to public interests, ethical values, requirements of production and society. To be ready to correct, tolerant and productive interaction within a community, to social interaction and cooperation for the solution of scientific problems.
11. To present results of educational and research work in the form of scientific reports, papers, theses, articles, philological comments, doctoral dissertations, educational and research and scientific projects, etc. to both experts and other people not having any corresponding vocational training. To carry out scientific publications within the international databases of Thomson-Reuters or Scopus.
12. To communicate and cooperate with equal according to the status, with wide scientific community for the solution of topical issues of the Kazakh philology, to carry out communication in the scientific and professional sphere; to show skills of work in research team.
