The Department of Finance and Accounting of Al-Farabi Kazakh National university, Higher School of Economics and Business, together with Kazakhstan Stock Exchange JSC (KASE), on the eve of the 30th anniversary of the Exchange and the 15th anniversary of the Exchange Simulator project, is holding a fair of Kazakhstani brokers "KASE FEST". The fair will be held from 14:00 to 19:00, October 16, 2023, within the framework of SDG 4 "Quality Education", SDG 8 "Decent work and economic growth", SDG 17 "Partnerships for Sustainable Development".

The program of the event includes a speech by representatives of the business community of Almaty with the participation of faculty of the department, students, as well as professors of other universities. This event will be held to maximize the coverage of potential retail investors, including students of educational institutions, in order to popularize the securities market. It also contributes to improving the financial literacy of the population, timely notification of citizens of Kazakhstan about state privatization programs and IPO/SPO of national companies.
