The Department of International Law of the Faculty of International Relations of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University congratulates Maksut Koshekovich Samaldikov, PhD in Law, with the publication of two teaching aids:
1) "International standards of law enforcement activity", which contains theses of lectures on the special course with the same name, reveals not only the system of law enforcement bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, their main tasks, functions and duties, but also international legal standards of their activity;
2) "International Standards of Criminal Justice," which also contains lectures on the special course with control questions. The textbook reveals international standards of professional activities of a judge, a lawyer, pre-trial investigation bodies, as well as the treatment of prisoners, including the legal regulation of these activities in the national legislation for a comprehensive analysis of the current state of affairs in the context under consideration.
