On March 20, 2022, the bachelor’s degree students of group 201 studying in the specialty: “Kazakh philology” at A. Baitursynov Department of Kazakh Philology together with their mentor Zh. Abitzhanova held a literary musical evening: "Welcome Nauryz!" at the Faculty of Philology of Al-Farabi KazNU. In the course of the event dedicated to Nauryz, the national holiday, the students talked about the origin of the holiday, and how other Turkic people celebrate it. The students Aidos Bektursyn played the kui: "Shashu" on the dombra, Ayazhan Akhmedyeva sang the song: "Atameken". The students also showed how Amal is celebrated and tell about its history. The student Arailym Zeberkhan recited her poem dedicated to the holiday. All the students sang the beautiful song: "Nauryz-duman" in unison, which allowed them to feel the atmosphere of the holiday. At the end of the evening, the mentor of the group, Zh.Abitzhanova made a concluding speech on the event.
