The SMART CITY HACKATHON competition, which lasted two days and had a prize fund of 600,000 thousand, has come to an end. 34 participants took part in the competition and 8 groups were formed. Participating groups:

• Nurik
• Hard Skill
• Type
• Hexagon
• DS-21
• IOTback
• Big Data Avengers
• Dungeon Masters (BROgrammers)

The participants were students and graduate students of the Taraz Regional University. M. Kh. Dulati and KazNU. al-Farabi. The 1st round consisted of a presentation on the topic "Smart School" and the passing of the test. Round 2 creation and protection of the project on tracks "Smart traffic" and "Smart energy". 6 teams passed the 1st round. Team BROgrammers and Hard Skill have passed to the next round. We look forward to meeting them again next year. 1 group made a decision to withdraw from the competition voluntarily.

We achieved the following results from 5 teams that reached the finals:

• Nurik - 1 place
• IoTbek - 2nd place
• Hexagon - 3rd place
• Big Data Avengers - 4th place
• Type - 5 places
