II Interregional Specialized Forum SMART INDUSTRY EXPO (SIEx 2021) (www.smartexpo.pro ) conducts an EXCHANGE OF SMART PROJECTS (https://smartexpo.pro/smart-exchange ) and announces a competitive selection of technological projects in the field of SMART INDUSTRY & SMART CITY
Startups and projects of enterprises, SMEs in the field of Smart Industry or Smart City at the stage not lower than MVP are invited to participate in the competition. Projects should develop their products or solutions using digital technologies for use in one of the following sectors or directions: mechanical engineering, smart city, energy, chemistry and oil and gas industry, pharmaceuticals, agriculture, food, logistics, banking sector for industry.
The winners of the competitive selection will become participants of the SMART PROJECTS EXCHANGE, which will be held within the framework of the SMART INDUSTRY EXPO forum (SIEx 2021) on November 12, 2021 in the Great Stone Industrial Park (Belarus).Participants of the SMART PROJECT EXCHANGE will have the opportunity to• present your project to international investors, including venture, angel, private, corporate investors, state, interstate and private funds, cluster organizations and banks.• find expert and technological support among the partners of the exchange for further pumping of your project• test the demand for your product and customer acquisition channels by placing an online stand on the Smart Industry Expo 2021 platform• increase visibility by participating in a major Forum and posting information about yourself on social networks and media resources of the organizers• become the best project of the exchange according to the estimates of its partners and organizers and receive valuable prizes from the organizers of the exchange and the right to participate free of charge in the exhibition and business program SIEx 2022.

Clarivate will conduct a certification program for Web of Science platform tools in online format on September 13, 2021, starting at 11:00. The Clarivate certification program will include the training of certified specialists and experts in the use of the main Web of Science resources, as well as scientometric literacy.  
The certification program is intended for employees who are engaged in scientometry, preparation of scientific publications, training of employees and/or students and postgraduates within their organization on the rules of working with information sources, Web of Science Core Collection database resources. The training program is designed for a cycle of intensive classes and is aimed primarily at expanding participants' knowledge about the Web of Science platform and also scientometric tools such as InCites. The program plan includes not only theoretical lectures, but also a series of practical classes aimed at gaining experience with the Web of Science Core Collection database, information about scientific journals indexed on the platform, as well as familiarity with the InCites scientific activity analysis and management system. 
During the training, participants will be able to receive full-fledged consultations from specialists both on working with Web of Science and InCites, and on more specific issues of scientometric analysis. The plan of the certification program is attached to the letter.

Huawei invites talented students to take part in the Kazakhstan Huawei ICT Competition 2021.On this occasion, a meeting will be held with students with a presentation of the Huawei ICT competition in Kazakhstan!! This Tuesday, September 14 at 09:50 to the Treasury between the Physics and Technology and Mechanics and Mathematics faculties (opposite the great hall of the mehmat).  There will be gifts from Huawei.

At the August meeting of the Association of higher education institutions and the Council of Rectors, proposals were made on admission to master's and doctoral programs.After a detailed discussion, we decided to make changes to the reception areas.Now admission to the master's and doctoral programs is held twice a year.That is, entrance exams to the master's and doctoral programs are traditionally organized in August and additionally in December.We plan that this rule will come into force in 2021. For this purpose, employees of the National Testing Center additionally organize comprehensive testing and entrance exams. Acceptance of documents begins in November.Of course, this is good news for citizens who did not have time to submit documents and documents, get the necessary certificates.Due to the excess of educational grants for Master's and doctoral programs based on the results of the summer admission campaign and exams, citizens will be able to receive state grants in December of this year.Further information on the number of grants and specific deadlines for accepting documents will be published in the areas of preparation.
