The world's most famous and authoritative rating agency Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) published the results of a study on universities in the world this year. As noted in the QS analytical report, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University took the 165th place in the global ranking, advancing to the 42nd place and "became the first Kazakh university to be included in the top 200 universities in the world".
