1st year master's students of the Faculty of Oriental Studies of Far East Department Muratkhankyzy Nazerke and Kozhakhmetova Zhaniya, and 2nd year master's student Kaliyeva Gulden completed a foreign internship at Hanyang University from 6th November to 24th November. It must be noted that Hanyang University which located in Seoul is included in the top 200 QS WUR rating. The graduate students were sent to the Faculty of Korean Studies at Hanyang University to exchange experiences and write a dissertation paper in about 3 weeks. As part of the research topic, they collected a lot of information, took part in a scientific lecture organized by Hanyang University, and were able to improve their knowledge. The Dean of the Faculty of Korean Studies at Hanyang University, Kim Yong-gyu, and the qualified professor of the department, Kim Yu-eun, supervised the experience of our master's students. Kozhakhmetova Zhaniya, Muratkhankyzy Nazerke, Kaliyeva Gulden met with qualified professors during the internship and were able to not only gain a deeper understanding of their field of research, but also receive support based on the necessary scientific materials. We believe that scientific connections between  Al Farabi Kazakh National university  and Hanyang University helped our students hone their academic skills. We hope that the further development of such communication in the scientific sphere of the two countries in the future will lead to the maximum strengthening of external relations between Kazakhstan and Republic of Korea
