ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE AND MANAGEMENT

3.1. The Institute is headed by a director appointed by order of the rector of KazNU. al-Farabi on the proposal of the vice-rector for scientific and innovative activities.

3.2. The Director of the Institute organizes the work of the Institute, manages its activities and is responsible for the results of its activities.

3.3. The main functions of the director are:

• search and conclusion of contracts with potential service recipients;
• Ensuring the fulfillment of the obligations assumed by the Institute to the University;
• supervision of research projects carried out at the Institute;
• organization of work of the Institute staff;
• preparation of reporting documentation on the results of the Institute's activities;

3.4. The organizational structure of the Institute is formed from the number of staff members of the Institute.

3.5. The staff list of the Institute is approved by the vice-rector for scientific and innovative activities on the proposal of the director of the Institute.

3.6. The faculty, scientists, students, undergraduates and doctoral students of KazNU, specialists can be involved in the implementation of the research activities of the Institute
