The fourth day of the «Korean Studies Week» was devoted to Korean national cuisine! At the event, which is supported by the Educational Center of the Republic of Korea in Almaty, Mrs. Kim Yong Mi, who came by special invitation, taught our students how to cook the Korean national dish «Kimbap». Korean studies students who have tried Korean national cuisine only in specialized restaurants, this time made their own «Kimbap». We believe that thanks to this, students were able to get acquainted with the culture of the language being studied from a new perspective. We also thank Ms. Kim Yong Mi for coming specially for the «Korean Studies Week» and giving our students an invaluable experience! At this event, the faculty and students of the department demonstrated their solidarity.
