Undergraduates of the Department of Korean Studies of the Faculty of Oriental Studies of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University Yegembergen Aida, Baichigasheva Dinara, Aripova Assylzat were among the first to successfully complete a foreign internship at the South Korean Hanyang University, which is among the top 200 universities in the world according to the QS WUR.

From March 10 to March 26, 2023, Yegembergen Aida, Baichigasheva Dinara, Aripova Assylzat, together with other students of the Korean Faculty of Hanyang University, listened to lectures by leading university professors on current topics and got acquainted with the life of the university. The dean of the Faculty of Korean Studies at Hanyang University, Professor Kim Youen, was the head of the foreign internship. Professor Kim Youen shared the history of the university, presenting all sides of Hanyang University to undergraduates. He introduced information about which great personalities studied at this university, and about their services to Korean society.

"After our conversation with Professor Kim Yoo-eun, we took a fresh look at the topic under study and began to find out what work we have to do.", - say undergraduates who have completed an internship.
