On March 17, students of the department under the guidance of senior teachers Umut Kasymzhanovna Kozhakhmetova and Zhanna Aripbaevna Mazhenova visited the state institution Seismological Experimental and Methodological Expedition of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a seismological station. The students got acquainted with the activities of the institute and received useful information. The station staff familiarized with all departments of the institution and provided information. In addition, I got acquainted with the ”laboratory of the fluid regime of the Earth's crust", saw the progress of the review and the work of the laboratory. The head of the laboratory-PhD Esenzhigitova E. Zh. gave a special lecture to the students. The laboratory is considered one of the oldest scientific departments of the Institute. Founded in 1990.
